Vacation Bible Club–July 2014
This year Cornerstone Baptist Church hosted a one day event that we call Vacation Bible Club on July 26th from 11am until 2pm. Our theme this year was Rescue Zone–Saved by God’s Power.
The kids had a great time! We played some games outdoors, and during our craft time they made a stuffed Dalmatian dogs out of white socks. These went perfectly with our visit across the street to the Goffstown Fire Department. The firemen at the station gave us a great tour and signed the kids’ stuffed dog. When we got back, everyone had hot dogs and chips for lunch and we had a great puppet skit about Nebuchadnezzer and the children saved by God’s power from the fiery furnace. Mrs. Presc
ott gave a great Bible story lesson and we finished up with prizes for all the kids to take home.
